The $896 million budget of the T2T Project includes a 4 km non-stop section of roadway between Pym Street, Croyden Pk and Ashwin Parade, Torrensville, with a 3km section of lowered nonstop motorway and an overpass of the Outer Harbor railway line. Costplan’s involvement included creating budget estimates and construction program reviews.
